I didn't get a call but got a Live Transfer notification - why?

I didn't get a call, how can it be a Live Transfer?

Even if we are not able to successfully hand off a transfer to you, you will get a notification if the lead agrees to the transfer and we attempt to call you.

If you did not get the call there could be a number of different reasons for this.
  1. We call you but your phone goes straight to voicemail (perhaps your phone was off, or your were in a bad service area).
  2. Your phone was on silent or on "do not disturb" mode and the call was missed
  3. The lead hung up as we were calling you
  4. The call had bad reception and got disconnect due to a service / tech issue
If you see a notification about a live transfer that was not successfully connected, the next step we recommend is to call the lead right away. They are expecting your call!

Although it can be frustrating to get an SMS notification about a transfer you missed, we want to inform you right away so that you can reach out to the lead.
