What does ISA Rating mean on my Live Transfers?

What does ISA Rating mean on my Live Transfers?

The ISA Rating is a rating of the lead, 1-10, based on the ISAs opinion of the "value" of the lead.

The purpose of it is to give you a quick feel of the opportunity this lead presents. Because the ISA was the one who had the conversation with the lead in the first place, we believe this perspective has value in that it provides a first hand account of one person's opinion of the opportunity the lead presents.

Another data point to help understand your leads

This metric is meant more as courtesy / value add for you, to get a feel of the opportunity for a given lead. It is not meant to be scrutinized rigidly - in fact quite the opposite!

As such, there is no hard and fast rule for what constitutes a rating of x vs y. Generally a rating will be higher based on factors like short buying timeline / high motivation, larger budget and other factors.

But we don't get so specific as to define a 7 out of 10 as $x budget for example, because every market is different.

In short, take this metric as one data point which we provide to help you understand our interaction with the lead.
