What hours of the day do your ISAs work?

At this time, our ISAs have coverage during the following times:

9am - 9pm Monday - Thursday
9am - 7pm Friday
10am-6pm Sat and Sun

We will be expanding Weekend hours in Aug 2020 to accommodate increased demand. Check back here for the latest scheduled hours for our ISA service.
 
Times are in Eastern time zone. We do not make calls after 8pm in your leads time zone. 

When will my leads that have come in overnight be called?

Leads that have come in outside of working hours, or during holidays are called the next business day.

Each morning when our ISAs get into work, we call through the call queue. This list has built up overnight as many leads come into our system from all of our clients. It takes time to call through that queue as we are servicing fresh leads coming in, in real time, as well as the overnight queue simultaneously. Therefore, leads are unlikely to be called right immediately when the new day's service begins.

We do call all leads from the prior night on the next business day.
