Onboarding Proccess


Ready to get started? Great! Here are the steps to get onboarded and start sending our ISA's your leads.

Onboarding Steps For New Customers

If you are a brand new customer and do not have a lead subscription plan, follow the steps below.
  1. First head on over to our homepage and purchase your plan.
  2. After that goes though, the next screen you see will be our onboarding form. Fill out the onboarding form and submit it.
  3. Once that is complete, you will receive 2 emails. One will be an invitation to your billing portal, and the other will be a confirmation notification that your onboarding form was successfully submitted.
  4. Head over to the billing portal, login and confirm your subscription is listed.
  5. View your onboarding confirmation email. This will contain your seat specific webhook.
  6. Setup your webhook (instructions here) so that you can send our ISA team your leads.
  7. In 1-3 business days, you will receive an email from our team that we are ready to begin receiving your leads. To check on the status or request expedited turnaround, just reach out to us.
  8. When you receive the email from us, send through a test lead. If you receive an email notification that we have received your test lead, you're all set to start sending in live leads!

Onboarding Steps For Existing Customers

If you already have an existing plan and would like to add an additional seat, follow these steps.
  1. Fill out the onboarding form for the new seat and submit it.
  2. Once that is complete, you will receive a confirmation notification your seat specific webhook.
  3. Setup your webhook (instructions here) so that you can send our ISA team your leads.
  4. In 1-3 business days, you will receive an email from our team that we are ready to begin receiving your leads. To check on the status or request expedited turnaround, just reach out to us.
  5. When you receive the email from us, send through a test lead. If you receive an email notification that we have received your test lead, you're all set to start sending in live leads!
