How do I send my leads to your ISA team for calling?

Leads are sent to our ISAs via a webhook. A webhook is a special URL meant just for your campaign. If you aren't familiar with a webhook, don't worry - it's easy to setup! Most of our clients send leads to their webhook via a service such as Zapier or Integromat.

Since Zapier is by far the most common method of sending us your leads, we'll walk through the steps on how to set this up via that platform.

Zapier Instructions

Here is a walk through video with step-by-step instructions.

Here is a text version of the above video.

1. Once you submit an onboarding form, you will receive an email containing your webhook URL. These links are unique to each seat. You will be emailed a different link for each onboarding form you submit.

2. Click this link to open up a Zapier template zap: https://zapier.com/shared/ddd4c5cc582224b9d5729435912e0676ab0ba37e

3. Map the fields in your leads source (eg Facebook) to the fields in the Zap. In addition to the lead's name, email and phone (which are required fields), you can optionally provide us the specific lead source, campaign description and special notes.

FOR DISCOVERY DEMO & INSURANCE LEADS, please follow the steps in the video below. If you are sending Insurance leads, just replace 'Discovery Demo' with 'Insurance'.

The ISA team sees this information front and center when dialing your leads. Please keep this information short and concise.

4. Once you receive our email that we are ready to kick off your campaign, send through a test lead. If you receive a notification back after sending the test, you may begin sending us your leads.
