What is Go Highlevel?
Go Highlevel is a powerful CRM system many marketing agencies offer their clients. Our service offers an integration with this CRM.
New Lead
On our onboarding form, if you would like us to integrate with GHL, you will provide us with your api key. Once you start generating leads, these leads will go into the CRM.
These new leads will be added with the tag of "Lead". Based on this tag, you can do anything you want with the lead inside of the CRM such as send automated marketing campaigns, add them to sales pipelines, and more.
Live Transfer / Booked Appointment
When we are able to get a live transfer or booked appointment, this contact will be updated in GHL. The update that happens is as follows:
1. All the call information associated with the Transfer or Appointment will be added into the Notes section of the contact record. This includes the ISA notes, star rating, reason for rating, who we called, and whether the transfer was connected successfully (or meeting time/date for appointments).
2. The contact will also be updated with the following Tags
- "Live Transfer"
- "Booked Appointment"
Using Triggers that fire off of Tags in GHL, you may elect to update a pipeline opportunity, or any other action within the CRM.
For more information on how to use Triggers and Tags within Highlevel please reference the video below.
